The 3rd Omega-3 Fatty Acids Congress will take place over a full day at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano, featuring scientific presentations by international experts, Q&A sessions, and opportunities for discussion and networking.

For those wishing to extend their experience, the second day will be dedicated to a field training session: a scientific excursion in the Dolomites that will conclude the congress programme.

    Professor of Exercise Physiology at Gießen and an expert in exercise immunology. He studies the mechanisms of adaptation to physical exertion, healthy ageing and biomarker diagnostics.

    Full Professor of Clinical Nutrition and Applied Dietetics, Naples. National Board Member of the Italian Society of Endocrinology (SIE). Ranked among the world's top scientists by Stanford University, their research focuses on the impact of nutrition on endocrine diseases.

    Associate Professor of Neurology and director of the Neurology Clinic in Udine. An expert in multiple sclerosis, headaches and sleep disorders, she also researches the use of the ketogenic diet in neurology.
